My goal as a psychotherapist is to help those who are at their wits' end with mental health. With years of expertise in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of psychology and what makes us tick. I, too, have suffered with my mental health, from severe agoraphobia to depression.
My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and includes a combination of gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their feelings and gain the tools they need to live a more fulfilling life.
